How Kordiva Works

Kordiva is an e-commerce platform for registered business entities and sole proprietors — helping merchants run storefront, orders, payments, and compliance from one platform.

Note

Kordiva is not available for individuals (physical persons). You must have a registered legal entity or sole proprietorship to use the platform.

High-level steps

1. Merchant sets up store in CMS.
2. Customer places an order in storefront.
3. Stripe processes payment.
4. Order is created and fulfilled.
5. Payout is released when conditions are met.

Platform areas

• Storefront: customer-facing shopping experience.
• CMS: merchant operations for catalog, orders, and settings.
• Payments: Stripe-powered charges, refunds, disputes, and payouts.
• Compliance: product classification and review controls.
