Merchant Quick Start

This guide is designed to get you started quickly, with no technical background needed.

1. Create your store

Section titled “1. Create your store”
  1. Log in to CMS.
  2. Enter your store name and choose a subdomain.
  3. Set up basic business information (company name, registration number, tax ID).

2. Connect payments

Section titled “2. Connect payments”
  1. Open “Payments” in CMS.
  2. Complete the Stripe onboarding process.
  3. Verify that your account is active.

3. Add products

Section titled “3. Add products”
  1. Create categories.
  2. Add products and variants (e.g. size, color).
  3. Enter price, stock, and images.

4. Set rules

Section titled “4. Set rules”
  1. Review the allowed and forbidden products policy.
  2. Configure refund rules and deadlines for your business.
  3. Check compliance status before going live.

5. Pre-launch check

Section titled “5. Pre-launch check”
  • Is there a successful test order?
  • Are shipping and statuses correct?
  • Are legal pages visible?
  • Do you have a contact and support channel set up?
